How this is calculated — and what we assumed

Recovery rate (assumption): we assume Maple recovers 50% of your currently-missed callers as booked jobs — the rest are tire-kickers, spam, or already committed elsewhere. This is conservative; real recovery varies by market and season.

Weeks per month: 4.33 (calendar average).

After-hours weighting: after-hours and weekend calls are weighted at 1.2× job value — they skew toward higher-ticket emergency work. Adjust the after-hours % to change this.

Comparison costs: part-time CSR $3,333$5,417/mo ($40k–$65k/yr ÷ 12, before taxes & benefits); answering service ~$1,000/mo (mid-tier benchmark).

These are estimates to help you size the opportunity — not a guarantee of results.

Questions about the math

How is my missed-call loss calculated?

We take your weekly call volume × 4.33 weeks/month × your missed-call rate to get monthly missed calls. We assume an AI front desk recovers 50% of those as booked jobs (a conservative figure), apply your close rate, and multiply by your job value — with after-hours calls weighted 1.2× because they skew toward higher-ticket emergency work. Every assumption is editable.

Why do you only count 50% recovery?

Not every missed caller becomes a job — some are spam, tire-kickers, or already booked someone else. We use a conservative 50% recovery factor so the numbers hold up. Real recovery varies by how fast you currently call back, your market, and the season.

Where does the $997/mo price come from?

$997/mo is the single flat price for the full SetNForget system — website, AI front desk, local SEO, and review automation. No tiers, no per-call fees, and you own everything. The calculator compares that price directly to your recoverable revenue.

How does that compare to hiring a receptionist?

A part-time CSR runs $40,000–$65,000/yr — about $3,333–$5,417/mo before taxes, benefits, and turnover — and rarely covers 10pm storm calls. An answering service is ~$1,000/mo but doesn't book jobs or follow up. SetNForget answers every call, books the job, and routes the big ones to your phone.

Are these numbers a guarantee?

No — they're estimates to help you size the opportunity. Actual results depend on your market, close rate, and seasonal demand. What is guaranteed is our 90-Day Performance Guarantee: we answer every call and book you a set number of new jobs in your first 90 days, or we work free until we do.
