Yes, all of it, unconditionally. Your domain is registered in your name. Your website files are yours. Your business phone number can be ported to any carrier if you leave. Your leads and contact data are yours. We are never the owner of anything that belongs to your business. This is a firm commitment, not marketing language.

No. We advertise flat pricing because we mean it. Maple handles a generous included call volume that covers the vast majority of contractors at full capacity. If you're growing into high-volume territory, we move you to the Multi-Location plan — which costs more because it does more. We never send a surprise bill for going over. Seasonal spikes are exactly when the system earns its keep.

The setup fee is $997, one time. It covers building your custom website, configuring Maple for your exact business, setting up your local SEO, and wiring everything together — real work that takes about two weeks. On the annual plan, the setup fee is waived completely. On monthly, you pay it once and it's done.

Yes. Each of the four components is available as a standalone product. Most owners who start with just the AI Front Desk or Local SEO end up on the full system within a few months because they can see the pieces working. When you upgrade, we credit your standalone subscription toward the bundle. The bundle is always the better deal — the any-two math makes that obvious.

In your first 90 days we answer every call and book you at least [N] new jobs — or we work for free until we do. This is not a refund guarantee — we're not writing you a check and walking away. We stay on the job, at our cost, until your business sees the result we promised. We set the target conservatively based on what we can reliably deliver.
